Planning and Design

A set rate for a planning session at 1.5 hours length to discuss and help with a design, theme or options for the event.
Sourcing and Staging
$145
Hourly rate with a dedicated spend for sourcing and locating options for the event or task with a formulated purchase plan or project assignment.
Day of Production
$385 for 3.5 hours
Dedicated person on site to assist with day of event task and flow of activities.

Complete service, planning and day-of production with finite attention to detail
Minimalist Package

Includes planning, sourcing and preparation for event.
Foundation Package

Includes planning, sourcing and preparation for event. Coordination with vendors and day-of set-up.
Immersed Package

Includes planning, sourcing and preparation for event. Coordination with vendors and day-of set-up. Staff on-site during entire event with production attendant for schedule.
All prices are for full-scale events, ie attendees at quantity of 50+. Client is still responsible for purchase of all materials to be used, rentals, deposits and venue fees. Negotiable options available depending on the size and structure of event, personalized quotes upon request.
